iDM 330 Digital Embellishment System

The iDM 330 Digital Embellishment System is a multifunctional machine that supports various application scenarios, including digital white, digital metal, digital varnish, variable data, barcodes/2D barcodes, and braille, providing convenient solutions for a wide range of applications.

Using cold foil technology and an LED UV curing system, it can process materials with a web width ranging from 165mm to 330mm and a grammage ranging from 80g/m² to 200g/m². This system excels in digital white and digital metal, achieving a maximum speed of 25 meters per minute and supporting large diameters of up to 650mm for unwinding and rewinding. The foil width range is extensive, ranging from 30mm to 330mm to meet various requirements.

The standard configuration includes one inkjet unit, one digital white printing unit, and one strip lane. Additionally, it can be customized to include up to six strip lane to meet different workflow requirements.
